Andrés Pazmiño

Andrés Pazmiño is a lawyer and mediator specializing in Education Law, children’s and juveniles’ rights, human rights, mediation, and conflict resolution. His practice combines legal advisory services with the design and development of public policies, regulatory processes, and institutional strengthening in the education sector.

In the public sector, he has served as Legal Advisor to the Minister of Education, Undersecretary for Educational Support, Monitoring and Regulation, and National Director of Academic Support and Monitoring at SENESCYT. He has also held leadership and institutional management positions within the education sector, including at the Office of the Attorney General and as Acting Rector of a higher technological institute.

Andrés currently serves as a Consultant at Laudenlaw, where he brings his experience in Education Law, mediation, public policy, regulatory development, and conflict resolution, with a focus on the prevention and strategic management of legal and institutional matters.
